Job summary

Well-established Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) Provider MNC is hiring a Warehouse Assistant in Singapore. The role involves receiving, verifying and issuing items, maintaining records, and conducting regular stock counts in a permanent on-site position located in Kallang.

No prior warehouse experience is required as training is provided; candidates should be able to read simple English and be detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Able to read and understand simple English.
• Responsible and detail-oriented; willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Verify quantity, condition and type of items received or issued from the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all items received and issued.
• Conduct stock counts and update stock cards accordingly.
• Report missing, damaged or discrepancies to supervisor.
• Ensure warehouse activities follow established procedures.
