Job summary

A staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to manage inventory transactions and assist with stock management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of GCE N/O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and be able to lift equipment. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. Responsibilities

• Raise Event Purchase Requests (EPR) for various projects.
• Handle inventory and execute Goods Issue (GI) transactions via SAP/D365.
• Monitor stock shipment schedules and resolve delivery delays.
• Conduct internal stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.

Skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Raise Event Purchase Requests (EPR) for various projects
• Handle inventory and execute Goods Issue (GI) transactions for stock and premiums via SAP/D365
• Monitor stock shipment schedules and liaise with vendors to resolve delivery delays
• Review vendor invoices and route them for approval through DocuSign
• Conduct internal stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
• Manage issuance of stocks through SalesForce for deployment
• Carry and lift equipment as required for operational needs
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Min GCE N/O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and above
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• No experience needed, full training will be provided
• Able to start work immediately
