Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage daily warehouse functions. Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics, ensuring accurate inventory records, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry and can work independently. A class 3 driving licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in the heavy equipment industry.
• Ability to work independently.
• Possession of a class 3 driving licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Perform yearly stock counts and report on stock levels.
• Coordinate customers' orders for deliveries.

• Handle day-to-day operations of warehouse.
• Competency in accurate data entry in essential.
• Order materials and consumables as required for warehouse.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Perform yearly stock counts and report on stock levels.
• Oversee logistics arrangements and coordinate all customers’ orders for deliveries.
• Receiving/ transferring/ checking and storing incoming goods.
• Record and investigate internal customer feedback and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Use initiative to follow up and resolve operational problems where is waste and inefficiency.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory, correct location of stock and maintenance of proper warehouse documents.
• Maintain and ensure all warehouse equipment is in working condition.
• Ensure operation and practices are in compliance with workplace safety.

Requirement

• Min 3 years working experience in heavy equipment industry.
• Able to work independently.
• Possess class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
