Job Descriptions:
- Ensure proper receipt, counting, sorting, packing, storage and labelling of goods.
- Verify all incoming shipments against invoices/packing lists and ensure all goods are received in good condition.
- Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular inventory checks.
- Report stock discrepancies or damaged goods to management promptly.
- Load and unload of goods for shipment and deliveries.
- Handle heavy product with the ability to lift up to 25kg.
- Ensure goods are properly prepared and packed for delivery.
- Deliver and collect goods to and from hotels and other designated locations as required.
- Conduct routine checks on delivery vehicle to ensure good working conditions.
- Maintain cleanliness, order and organisation of the stores.
- Dispose of pallets and empty cartons according to the company’s disposal procedures.
- Support other warehouse logistics-related activities as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N-Level certification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Able to read and reply email in English.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Word).
