Overview

Position: Warehouse Assistant
Location: Changi Cargo Agents Building
Salary: S$2,200 – S$2,500 per month

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update warehouse checklists and provide clearance status updates.
• Accurately scan and upload TDN documents into the internal system.
• Upload PODs promptly to ensure complete delivery records.
• Prepare and organize delivery documentation for the handover of import shipments.
• Submit CMD documentation for import customs clearance in a timely manner.
• Track and monitor inbound shipments to ensure timely arrivals and identify potential delays.
• Liaise with the customs clearance team to facilitate and expedite cargo release.
• Assist with physical inspection and survey of cargo to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Minimum experience in freight forwarding or air cargo operation.
• Valid Class 3 driver’s license required (for travel to terminal to pick up documents or cargo).
• Forklift license is a added advantages.

Working Hours

• Monday & Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Morning taxi fare provided)
• Wednesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Work under OT allowance
