Job summary

AEROSPEC SUPPLIES PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Singapore team. You will be responsible for packing and unpacking parts, performing regular inventory checks, and organizing components within the warehouse.

You will receive, verify, and mark items before batching them into storage and maintain accurate documentation, filing, and uploading records. Ad-hoc duties may be assigned by supervisors.

• Able to handle physical work and lift items as required.

Responsibilities

• Pack and unpack parts for storage and shipment.
• Conduct inventory checks and annual stock takes.
• Place and sort parts/components in the warehouse.
• Receive, check and mark parts prior to batching into warehouse.
• Manage documentation, filing, and uploading into folders.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Work Location: Changi/Paya Lebar/Changi Creek/Seletar

Working Hour/Day: 8.00am - 5.30pm / Mon - Fri

Job Description:

• Packing & unpacking of parts
• Conduct inventory check/ annual stock take
• Place and sort parts/components in the warehouse
• Receive , check and mark parts/components before batching into warehouse
• Manage documentation processes , including filing and uploading documents into folders
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
