A leading healthcare solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage day-to-day operations including receiving, packing, and dispatching goods. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of warehousing experience, a valid forklift license, and knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Carry out assigned warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure all goods are picked, checked, and packed according to order and documentation requirements.
Verify the accuracy of picked items and pack them securely in cartons before final quality checks.
Assist in stocktaking and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure warehouse are clean, safe, and well‑organized.
Operate Material Handling Equipment and scanners in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
Perform daily checks and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Adhere to ISO, GSDP, SMS, and hygiene compliance requirements.
Support other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
G ‘O’ Level or secondary education with relevant warehouse operational experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing operations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good spoken and written English.
Possess valid forklift license and has experience in operating material handling equipment.
Experience in handling cytotoxic drugs and non‑drug disposals.
Familiarity with SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
Committed, responsible, and good communication skills.
Capable of performing manual handling tasks.
Team player, and manage time effectively.
