Job summary

A construction services provider in Singapore is looking for responsible Warehouse Personnel to support daily operations. The ideal candidate should be physically fit and reliable, handling tasks such as receiving, organizing, and dispatching materials. Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Personnel to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and able to handle tasks involving receiving, organizing, and dispatching materials efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, check, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to project sites.

  • Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maintain a tidy warehouse.

  • Load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling (training can be provided).

  • Perform regular stock-taking and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and proper handling procedures.

  • Support drivers and site teams by preparing and coordinating outgoing deliveries.

  • Monitor warehouse supplies and report low stock levels to supervisors.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse environment.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred (construction industry experience is a plus).

  • Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items when required.

  • Basic understanding of inventory management.

  • Able to operate warehouse equipment (forklift license is an advantage).

  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and punctuality.

  • Able to work on a 5.5-day work week schedule.
