Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to support efficient handling and retrieval.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Record and manage all material transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely material delivery for production needs.
• Enforce proper storage and handling procedures to minimize damage or loss.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
