Job summary

TWO FATMAN LLP is hiring for a warehouse operative in Singapore. You will receive and inspect goods, store and label items, and prepare orders for delivery while keeping accurate records and a safe workspace.

You will also move goods, perform stock checks, and assist with inventory control using logs or a warehouse system. Forklift certification enhances eligibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to perform inventory and documentation tasks.
• Physical fitness to lift heavy items safely and handle manual warehouse tasks.
• Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic computer skills to support inventory record updates and communication.
• Forklift licence (preferred or required for some positions) to operate warehouse machinery safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods to verify quantity and quality against delivery documents.
• Unload, sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations to maintain order accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently for delivery or shipment.
• Load goods safely onto delivery vehicles following safety protocols.
• Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Update inventory records using manual logs or warehouse management systems to maintain data accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to comply with workplace safety standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts safely, if certified.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items promptly to the warehouse supervisor.
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety regulations consistently.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Other Information

• Location: Pioneer Sector Lane


• Workdays and Hours: Monday to Friday, 0800hrs to 1700hrs; Saturday, 0800hrs to 1200hrs


• Schedule Note: Upon confirmation, one Saturday off each month


• Salary: Basic $1800.00 plus $200.00 performance allowance; basic salary will be adjusted upon confirmation


• Additional $200.00 allowance for valid Forklift Licence holders
