Job summary
A facility management company in Singapore is seeking a responsible individual to handle inventory management and warehousing tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level and have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations. Good organizational skills and basic computer literacy are essential, while familiarity with the Synergix ERP system is an added advantage. This role requires physical fitness for handling materials.

Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or digital systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure all stock is properly labeled, organized, and stored safely.
- Issue materials, consumables, and tools to site staff upon authorized requests.
- Record all stock movement (incoming and outgoing) through the ERP system promptly and accurately.
- Maintain proper filing of delivery orders, purchase orders, and stock transaction documents.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
- Ensure materials are stored according to safety and quality standards.
- Report any damaged or expired materials to the supervisor.
- Liaise with procurement or admin teams for replenishment requests.
- Assist in verifying supplier deliveries and raising purchase requests when needed.
Requirements
- Possesses at least GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
- Min 2 years of experience in warehouse or store operations (preferably in facility management, cleaning, or maintenance industry).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, inventory systems).
- Familiarity with the Synergix ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Physically fit to handle lifting and movement of materials.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- 5.5-day work week, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Mon-Fri), 8:00AM-12:00PM (Saturday)
