We are looking for an organized and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our facility.

⭕ Job description:

✔ Filled orders according to specified picking list. ✔ Checked picked orders, selected proper box size, packed, and prepared for shipping. ✔ Picked and packed product for domestic and international shipping. ✔ Collected and prepared items for shipping via 3PL. ✔ Ensured proper packing and handling of outgoing products. ✔ Performed quality control to ensure shipment of fresh, quality products. ✔ Maintain a clean and safe work environment with proper housekeeping standards. ✔ Assist in receiving, storing, issuing and shipping of inbound and outbound items. ✔ Assist in reorganization of products in warehouse. ✔ Communicate and collaborate with other team members. ✔ Track inventory levels, maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data. ✔ Ensure enough packing materials to minimise and notified when require replenishment. ✔ Make suggestions for productivity improvements. ✔ Optimize warehouse and order processing workflow. ✔ Any ad-hoc task within the company assigned by the management.
