Job Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, check, and process incoming materials
• Store materials in correct locations and under proper storage conditions
• Pick and issue materials to end users over the counter
• Pack and protect materials adequately for storage and transport
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely recording of stock movements
• Initiate material orders, returns, and replenishments when required
• Keep workplace clean, safe, and equipment in good condition
• Monitor shelf/service life of materials and initiate inspections, relifing, or disposal actions
• Conduct stocktake and inventory checks as scheduled
• Perform preservation and packing of materials as needed
• Serve as Point of Contact at customer premises for logistics needs and issue resolution
• Handle any ad hoc assignments as required
