Job description

We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Two Woods Logistics (S) Pte Ltd at Pandan Crescent. This is a full‑time position where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

What you’ll be doing

• Receiving, inspecting and unloading incoming goods and materials
• Accurately picking, packing and dispatching orders as per customer requirements
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
• Assisting with inventory management, including stock checks and cycle counts
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and scanners
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
• Adhering to all health, safety and quality standards and procedures

What we’re looking for

• 1‑2 years’ experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Competent in the use of warehouse equipment and technology
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude
• A team player with a positive and proactive mindset
• Able to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
