Job description

Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack goods from sea and air shipments accurately and on time

• Pick, pack, and label customer orders promptly to meet delivery schedules

• Verify order quantities, store items in correct locations, and record transactions in the SAP system

• Assemble parts for customers and conduct quality checks to ensure product standards

• Perform cycle counts regularly to maintain accurate inventory records

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse to ensure a safe work environment

• Carry out daily warehouse tasks and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Required competencies and certifications

• Operate Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP software to support warehouse processes

• Communicate effectively in basic English to understand instructions and coordinate tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working with basic electrical components will be an added advantage

• Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience

• Educational qualification of GCE “N” Level / “O” Level / ITE / Malaysia Form 5 or higher
