Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle raw materials and packaging materials.
• Ensure rejected materials are transferred to the Reject area.
• Maintain stock accuracy and security in the warehouse.
• Update stock cards for reporting purposes.

Role Description

Warehouse Assistant

Job Description:

• Responsible in receiving and handling of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Ensure all rejected raw materials, packaging materials, bulk and finished productsare immediately transferred to the Reject area.
• Responsible for controlling, proper handling, storage, withdrawal (for use) of allraw materials, packaging materials, finished bulk and finished products.
• Responsible for stock accuracy and ensure that the warehouse is secured.
• Responsible for updating the stock cards to ensure timely reporting to management, clients and other departments.
• Investigate and take corrective actions on complaints and failures in warehouse.
• Responsible in releasing of finished products to customers.
• Responsible for quarterly stock count of all raw/packaging materials and finishedproducts.
• Responsible for all GMP documentations involving warehouse.
• Responsible of keeping the warehouse and finished product room in a systematic, tidy and clean area.
• Responsible of daily updating of temperature control in rooms.

Ad-Hoc:

• l Any other ad-hoc mattersgiven by your Production Manager or from Upper Management such as filling & packing of products etc.

Qualifications
