Presidio in Singapore seeks a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching shipments. The role requires attention to detail, punctuality, and clear English communication, with 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensure accuracy in WMS records, handle returns, and help ensure timely, safe deliveries.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Willing to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stay accurate while handling goods.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods.
• Proficient in basic computer use and data entry.
• Excellent communication in English.

Presidio is looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Singapore. This is a hands‑on role supporting daily warehouse operations — receiving, picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and follow put-away process (inbound).
• Pick, pack, and dispatch shipments via air, road, courier, and international logistics (outbound).
• Conduct cycle counts and stock checks; report discrepancies.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized per safety guidelines.
• Handle product returns and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.
• Other duties as required.

• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours.
