Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operator responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments. The role includes conducting quality inspections, data entry into ERP systems, and maintaining a tidy workspace. • Receive, unpack and check all incoming shipments. Conduct simple quality inspection.
• Pick and pack all outgoing shipments against delivery orders and any other related documentation, coordinates with courier, forwarders or local drivers.
• Performs data entries into ERP – inventory control system
• Report and notify order processing team for all discrepancies in incoming or outgoing shipments.
• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure our warehouse is kept tidy and clean
• Handle quarterly stock-taking
• Performs any other ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years working experience in warehouse operations
• PC literate with simple MS office knowledge
• Physically fit, initiative, willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
