Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to process customer orders, coordinate with clients, and manage cargo shipments. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time role with working hours from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer's orders after receiving requests.
  • Co-ordinate with customers on incoming cargo GRN.
  • Arrange forwarders to pick up cargo once shipment is done.
  • Prepare monthly reports for billing.
  • Update cargo data and location into the system.
  • Process customer return orders.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned when required.
