Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting for an inventory and procurement role based in Buona Vista. Working Monday to Friday during office hours, you will source and procure materials, monitor stock and expiry dates, liaise with suppliers, and ensure accurate warehousing and documentation.

You will maintain CISPRO inventory data, process Goods Received, coordinate shipments, and support operational targets while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, packaging, consumables, and ad-hoc items according to business requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, ensuring timely replenishment and purchase orders.
• Liaise with suppliers on orders, deliveries, and related documentation.
• Inspect incoming goods and resolve any delivery or documentation discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory data, including lead times and Re-order Points (ROP), in CISPRO.
• Update operational activity reports in SharePoint and track supply-related issues.
• Process Goods Received (GR) upon receipt of signed Delivery Orders.
• Coordinate shipment requests between customers, suppliers, forwarders, and couriers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure goods are accurately accounted for, securely handled, and safeguarded throughout warehouse operations.
• Support the achievement of operational, financial, and productivity targets.
