A well-established recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an individual for an administrative role involving inventory management and operational support. Candidates should have a minimum 'O' level and at least 1 year of relevant experience along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role requires supporting daily store administrative operations, ensuring accurate updates of the WMS, and managing calls from internal inquiries. This position offers competitive compensation and excellent welfare.

Basic $2500 - $2700 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Working location: Gul Circle (Company Transport Provided)
Working day: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8.15am to 5.30pm
Support daily store administrative operations including the preparation of local purchase orders, transfer order receiving, goods receiving, generate pick list etc
Manage inventory control processes and stock adjustment
Ensure accurate and timely updates of the WMS
Answer calls from internal parties regarding their inquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports and emails
Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Minimum ‘O’ level with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
