Job summary

A food logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Operator to manage inventory documentation and ensure smooth warehouse operations. The role includes overseeing inventory verification, internal transfers, and compliance with safety standards. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong organizational skills, and previous experience in warehouse operations is advantageous. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays until noon.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or administrative support is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle documentation such as invoices and delivery orders.
• Oversee the receipt, inspection, and verification of inventory.
• Confirm the accuracy and quality of inventory for shipping.
• Manage internal stock transfers.
• Monitor damaged product orders and returns.
• Reconcile inventory with systems.
• Ensure cycle counts are executed accurately and timely.
• Liaise with departments to coordinate warehouse activities.
• Handle Halal certifications and enforce safety standards.
• Support warehouse operations and compliance with SOPs.
