A leading logistics firm in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to manage documentation and update inventory records. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and be proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities:
Manage warehouse documentation including delivery orders, invoices, and shipping forms
Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the system
Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and suppliers for smooth operations
Assist with stock-taking and resolve discrepancies
Perform general administrative and ad-hoc warehouse duties
Support team to ensure warehouse operations run efficiently
Requirements:
GCE O Level / NITEC or equivalent qualification
Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics administrative experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office and basic warehouse systems
