A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage inventory checks, logistics operations, and warehouse maintenance. Applicants should have basic computer skills, an ability to work independently, and be physically capable of handling heavy lifting. This role offers the possibility of overtime pay.
核對進出貨品及相關文件,確保數據準確,並及時更新倉儲管理系統。Verify incoming and outgoing inventory and related documents, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates in the warehouse management system.
安排並執行貨品的裝卸和配送,確保物流流程順暢。Handle loading, unloading, and delivery arrangements to ensure smooth logistics operations.
參與日常撿貨、庫存管理及定期盤點,確保庫存準確性。Assist with daily order picking, inventory control, and regular stocktaking to maintain inventory accuracy.
確保倉庫環境整潔,遵守安全規範,提高作業效率。Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhere to safety protocols, and enhance operational efficiency.
協助處理倉儲相關行政工作及其他主管交辦事項。Support warehouse-related administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Work Time: 能配合 07:30-16:30 或排班制度,並接受必要時的加班安排。(提供加班費)
