The Role

To provide administrative support to operations team.

Perform all duties assigned by the supervisor or operation executive and complete within timeline

Collect mails from mailroom, check, and disseminate to respective departments

Maintain notice board in an orderly and clean manner, ensure that notices are updated.

Maintain files and ensure that reports are duly filed and certifications are within expiry period.

Monthly check on AED and update status

Work with Operations on preparation works for internal and external audits

Issuance of POs, email POs to vendor, and follow up with vendor for invoice submission, DO & PO to DDNTV.

Receiving, issuing, and managing stock balance of uniforms, PPE, Cleaning Aids, Security Seals, Stationery and any other ad-hoc purchases

Occasional travel to West for ad-hoc duties

Carry out any ad-hoc duties as required

About You

2-3 years of relevant work experience

A pro-active team player with hands-on approach and positive mindset.

Experience in using IT tools, eg. Microsoft excel, words, etc.
