• Provide personalized food and beverage services to Club Members and guests.
• Plan table arrangement; set up and clear tables where required.
• Take F&B orders and repeat orders to ensure accuracy.
• Pick up orders from the Kitchen / Bar and serve them to Members / Guests.
• Enter charges in the MICROS / POS system.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Prepare mis-en-place at side station before operations.
• Attend briefing before operations.
• Ensure cleanliness of restaurant.
• Provide F&B service at functions and events.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to Members / Guests.
• Update menu knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with established service standards.
