- Help handle day-to-day operations to ensure good service for guests.
- Control quality of food, hygiene, and guest services to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Perform regular checks for cleanliness and functionality in all areas.
- Treat guests according to established standards.
- Ensure appropriate festive decorations and food displays.
- Assist with food and drink recommendations for guests.
- Carry out administrative duties like stock ordering and staff roster.
- Resolve personnel issues and evaluate staff performance.
- Manage a busy and fast-paced role with varied duties.
