Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Taking orders: Accurately taking food and drink orders from customers.
• Serving food and beverages: Delivering orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Providing excellent customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Managing tables: Assigning tables, tracking orders, and ensuring efficient service.
• Handling payments: Processing payments, handling cash and credit transactions, and managing tips.
• Maintaining a clean environment: Ensuring the dining area is clean and well-maintained.

Additional Responsibilities

• Knowledge of menu: Familiarity with the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Multitasking: Handling multiple tables and customers simultaneously.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Adhering to safety and hygiene standards: Following proper sanitation and safety protocols.
