Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and attentive Waiter / Waitress to join our front‑of‑house team. As a key part of the guest experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
  • Present menus, answer questions about dishes and dietary options, and make recommendations when requested.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns promptly.
  • Clear and reset tables between courses and after each guest.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Handle payments and provide accurate change or process card transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
