角色和职责：Roles and Responsibilities

• 1. Greet and welcome guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner. 及时高效地迎接和欢迎客人、接受订单并提供食品和饮料。
• 2. Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. 提供优质的客户服务，及时回复客户的询问并解决任何问题。
