Role

As a Product Owner & Business Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of our employee digital tools, such as Employee Intranet, Mobile app etc that enhances employee productivity and foster collaboration.

Drive collaboration and harmonize efforts between Design, Technology, and Business teams with primary focus on aligning our digital initiatives to organization's strategic goals and ensuring that our designs are scalable and resilient while optimizing the employee experience and journey.

You will champion a data-driven operating model (DDOM), continuously leveraging the 4D approach (Discover, Define, Design, Deliver) to evolve and improve the product, at the forefront of adopting the latest technology and responding to emerging demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Apply strategic thinking to define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with our organizational objectives. Continuously explore and leverage on the latest technology and industry demands to maintain a competitive edge and optimize employee experience. This includes actively listening to our employees, seeking opportunities to integrate new technologies and insights to meet evolving employee needs.
  • DDOM & 4D Approach: Champion and implement a Data-Driven Operating Model (DDOM) to guide all product decisions. Continuously apply the 4D approach (Discover, Define, Design, Deliver) to iterate, improve, and innovate the product, ensuring a user-centric and technologically advanced solution.
  • Squad Leadership & Orchestration: Lead the delivery team within the project squad, orchestrate collaboration between Design, Technology, and Business teams. This includes effectively managing and empowering the persistent core team through sprint cycles, fostering a culture of innovation and agile delivery.
  • Digital Journey Transformation: Driving the digital journey to uplift productivity and enhance collaboration for employees, with a keen focus on their experience and journey. This involves identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement through continuous discovery and feedback loops.
  • Scalable & Resilient Design: Ensure the development of robust, scalable, and resilient designs for our platforms, proactively addressing potential risks and security considerations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage stakeholders across various functions to ensure clear communication, alignment on product development and delivery, and successful adoption of new features.
  • Agile Methodology: Lead and operate within an Agile framework, demonstrate a strong understanding and application of SDLC agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Develop and implement essential change management strategies to drive product adoption among employees, communicating the value proposition, and facilitating a smooth transition to new features and functionalities.
Qualifications

Requirements:

Ideal candidate should have:

  • Project Management: 10+ years of experience in leading and managing projects, with a strong preference for certified project managers (e.g., PMP, CSM).
  • Agile Methodology: Proficiency in applying SDLC agile methodologies, including practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and influencing skills in managing diverse stakeholders, with a proven ability to build consensus and drive collaboration.
