What will you do as an VP, Strategy & Programmes?
  • Support the Public Equities department in defining and executing strategic objectives
  • Lead annual business planning, forecasting and strategic reviews
  • Manage high‑priority strategic initiatives that support transformation or investment goals
  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the broader enterprise strategy.
Product Management
  • Develop a deep understanding of the end‑to‑end investment process and craft overall product strategy to deliver capabilities needed to support long‑term investment goals
  • Create and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with Technology, including scope planning, prioritisation and outcome measurement
  • Engage with industry peers to stay up to date on best practices and key service providers to understand and influence product roadmaps
Strategic Engagement
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and investment teams to develop clear, compelling narratives and presentation materials
  • Enhance engagement capabilities to effectively articulate the Public Equities investment strategy, investment process, and key priorities to clients and stakeholders
What qualifications or skills should you possess?
  • 10‑12+ years of experience in consulting within financial services, strategy or business management
  • Proven ability to lead strategic projects and cross‑functional programmes in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience working with front office and technology teams in a global organisation
  • Strategic thinker with operational execution ability
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable navigating complex, matrixed organisations and working with ambiguity
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint
