Lead the development and delivery of analytics products that accelerate SME digital acquisition, activation, engagement, sales, servicing, and relationship deepening.
The role covers digital sales channels, digital onboarding and usage, UOB SME App and BizSmart, and emerging digital propositions. It will convert customer, transaction, and digital-behavioral data into actionable insights, experiments, and decision solutions that deliver measurable incremental value. This is an analytics product and business-partnering role, not primarily a reporting role. The successful candidate will own initiatives from problem discovery through implementation, adoption, monitoring, and value realization, while applying approved AI and automation tools to improve current ways of working.
