Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking an AVP/VP Sanctions Compliance Officer to lead design and oversight of the sanctions framework and provide expert advisory to the business. You will monitor regulatory developments, train teams, and report to senior management.

You bring at least 7 years in sanctions/compliance, with AML/CFT knowledge, regional exposure, and deep understanding of UN/MAS/OFAC/EU/UK regimes. On-site role with competitive package.

Qualifications

• Min. 7 years of experience in compliance and AML/CFT/sanctions compliance.
• Regional/head office exposure is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UN/MAS/OFAC/EU/UK sanctions regimes.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor OCBC's sanctions framework across jurisdictions.
• Provide sanctions compliance advisory and training to businesses and operations.
• Prepare reports on sanctions metrics for Board, senior management and regulators.
