Overview
Apstec Systems is seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President Sales – APAC Region to lead our commercial expansion across the Asia-Pacific region. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development and requires a deep understanding of the security technology and public safety sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key markets, managing major accounts and channel partners, and representing Apstec at a senior level with customers, authorities, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the regional sales and go-to-market strategy in line with Apstec’s global objectives.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the APAC region.
- Build and manage a strong network of partners, resellers, and system integrators.
- Lead complex, high-value sales processes with public and private sector clients.
- Work closely with the global executive team on pricing, forecasting, product positioning, and strategic partnerships.
- Represent Apstec Systems at key exhibitions, conferences, and customer demonstrations.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to support business planning.
- Ensure compliance with regional laws, export controls, and internal governance standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior sales or business development roles within security technology, defence, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the APAC region’s security and technology markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer and partner relationships.
- Experience in B2G and B2B environments with complex procurement and tender processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional regional languages are an advantage).
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
