Qualifications
- Proven working experience in project management, especially IT projects in financial institutions.

Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects ( Supply Chain Financing ).
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Risk, Compliance, Operations) and external vendors to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Project Governance: Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resources across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SCF platforms with client systems and internal infrastructure.
- Compliance & Risk Oversight: Ensure solutions meet regulatory, cybersecurity, and operational risk standards.
- Performance Optimization: Drive automation, scalability, and process improvements to support business growth and efficiency.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project status, risks, and strategic impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in project management, especially IT projects in financial institutions.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is desirable.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
