About The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Mobile Engineering to support our Web3 initiatives OR CEFI. This role will be instrumental in driving mobile development, fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to architectural and strategic decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and support the mobile team to achieve project milestones.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance in mobile development and architectural design.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers (PMs), Product Designers (PDs), Backend Engineers, Business Development (BD), Marketing, and other stakeholders to align goals and execute projects.
• Serve as the go‑to expert for complex technical challenges and ensure the robustness of mobile applications.

What We Look For In You

• Demonstrated logical thinking, good judgment, and a high level of drive.
• Proven experience in managing teams and taking on leadership roles.
• Strong technical expertise in mobile development, with a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills to align with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with crypto/Web3 technologies (preferred but not required).
• Backend development experience (nice to have).
