Job summary

Danos Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading international bank in Singapore for an experienced Liquidity Risk professional. Based in Singapore, you will work with the APAC Treasurer and regional leadership to drive liquidity risk initiatives across multiple markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Australia.

The role focuses on 2nd Line risk oversight, LCR/NSFR, stress testing and engagement with regulators across APAC. Mandarin fluency is essential for China coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Liquidity & Funding Risk, Treasury ALM or Non-Traded Market Risk.
• Knowledge of LCR, NSFR, liquidity metrics and stress testing.
• Experience providing 2nd Line Risk oversight, challenging Treasury activities and risk appetite.
• Experience with APAC regulatory frameworks and engagement with regulators such as MAS, HKMA, APRA and CBIRC.
• Experience with liquidity stress testing, contingency funding planning and intraday liquidity.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and provide constructive challenge at senior levels.
• Mandarin is essential for China coverage.

We are currently looking for an experiencedLiquidity Risk professional to join a leading international bank in Singapore, covering key APAC markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Australia.

Based in Singapore, you will work closely with the APAC Treasurer and senior regional leadership, providing 2nd Line oversight and driving liquidity risk initiatives across a complex, multi-jurisdictional landscape.

Key requirements:

1. Strong experience in Liquidity & Funding Risk, Treasury ALM or Non-Traded Market Risk
2. Solid technical knowledge of LCR, NSFR, liquidity metrics and stress testing
3. Experience providing 2nd Line Risk oversight, including challenging Treasury activities, limits and risk appetite
4. Strong exposure to APAC regulatory frameworks and engagement with regulators such as MAS, HKMA, APRA and CBIRC
5. Experience with liquidity stress testing, contingency funding planning and intraday liquidity
6. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and provide constructive challenge at senior levels
7. Mandarin is essential, given the China coverage
