The Role

We are seeking an accomplished and forward‑thinking Vice President of Client Relations to lead strategic partnerships and elevate client engagement across Hendricks Corp’s international portfolio. This senior leadership role focuses on driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth through close collaboration with internal teams and the delivery of measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee client engagement strategies across enterprise and retail partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Project teams to ensure successful delivery of client objectives and solutions.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to drive partnership value and long‑term growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of client communication, reporting, and issue resolution to ensure service excellence.
  • Represent Hendricks Corp in strategic meetings, client reviews, and industry events.
  • Champion a culture of professionalism, accountability, and innovation across all client interactions.
About You
  • Proven track record in managing key client relationships and major accounts within fast‑paced business environments.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen, with the ability to translate client needs into scalable solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Project, Product, and Technology teams.
  • At least 20 years of Retail and Hospitality background, with demonstrated experience leading high‑performance teams and delivering outstanding client outcomes.
  • Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism required.
  • Graduate of the Harrods Retail Academy or equivalent advanced retail management program preferred.
