Qualifications

• At least 12 years total IT experience, with 5+ years hands-on experience in Unified Communications technologies.
• Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Session Border Controllers and PSTN SIP Trunking.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP/SRTP, media codecs, SBC call flows, and enterprise voice routing logic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance in cloud collaboration platforms and telephony systems.
• Manage the build, configuration and lifecycle of endpoint devices including video conferencing systems.
• Oversee day-to-day engineering of the enterprise telephony environment ensuring stability and call quality.
• Develop and enforce engineering standards for the delivery of Unified Communications systems.
