What impact can you make in the role?

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Developer to drive the end‑to‑end development of AI‑powered applications. You will be responsible for building front‑end interfaces, back‑end services, data processing workflows, and deployment processes — leveraging AI‑native development tools to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency.

In this role, you will work closely with the ML Architect to implement and operationalize system components into production‑ready applications. The ideal candidate combines strong full‑stack engineering capabilities with working knowledge of data pipelines and deployment environments, a deep curiosity about the latest advancements in AI technologies, and hands‑on experience using AI tools to automate and accelerate software development.

What will you do in this role?

• Work with the ML Architect to implement and operationalize system components into production‑ready applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI scientists and engineers to translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications and development plans.
• Develop and maintain scalable front‑end interfaces and back‑end services using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Build and optimize data processing workflows, including data extraction, transformation, integration pipelines, and feature engineering to support AI models and applications.
• Deploy applications to designated environments, implement monitoring solutions, and ensure stable operation.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests to ensure code reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Contribute to technical documentation and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Leverage AI‑native development tools for coding, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting, while continuously exploring emerging AI techniques to enhance development productivity and quality.

What makes you a successful candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree of higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in full‑stack development, with proficiency in at least one modern front‑end framework (React or Vue) and a Python‑based back‑end framework (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Solid understanding of web architecture, APIs, and software design principles.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and non‑relational systems (MongoDB, Redis), as well as experience working with message queues.
• Working knowledge of data pipeline development, including data extraction, transformation, and integration processes.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications in Linux or cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with agentic architectures and AI workflow design, including prompt and contextual engineering, and practical use of AI‑native development tools with demonstrated ability to leverage AI to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and product teams.
• Passion for exploring emerging AI technologies and applying them to real‑world product development.
