CFA Institute in Singapore is seeking a VP to helm financial planning, analytics and programme management for its digital assets business. You will own forecasts, dashboards and business cases, working closely with business heads to shape strategy and keep the programme on track.

The role requires 8–12 years in FP&A or related fields within banks/fintechs, with strong modelling, Excel and BI skills. A degree in finance or engineering and professional certifications are advantageous.

Competenze

8–12 years’ experience in FP&A, business finance, strategy or programme management in a bank/fintech.
Exposure to digital assets, tokenisation, crypto custody or blockchain payments preferred.
Strong financial modelling and analytics with advanced Excel; BI tools experience.
Track record of running multi-workstream programmes with senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting for the digital assets business, including P&L, cost and headcount tracking.
Build dashboards covering revenue, activity, volumes and unit economics.
Prepare business cases and investment papers for new products/platforms.
Run the PMO for the digital assets agenda with plans, milestones, RAID logs and budget tracking.
Prepare steering committee packs and present findings to senior heads.
Coordinate with Finance, Tech, Risk, Compliance and Operations to keep delivery aligned.
Track benefits and KPIs post-launch and flag deviations from plan.
Support regulatory and internal reporting for digital assets.
