Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) seeks an experienced data product leader to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise data products and Data-as-a-Service, aligning to analytics, AI, and regulatory expectations.

You will shape operating models, governance, and value measurement while driving adoption of product-led data solutions across the bank, in partnership with business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise data applications and leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale data initiatives in banking or regulated environments.
• Strong experience building or scaling data products, Data-as-a-Service, or self-service data platforms.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders to shape demand and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong data governance, quality, metadata, lineage, and access controls expertise.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams across business, data, technology, governance, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Products and Data-as-a-Service.
• Define the data product operating model, governance, and value measurement.
• Shape and prioritise high-value data product use cases with business units and owners.
• Promote a product-led mindset across enterprise data delivery and reusable data products.
• Lead the enterprise data enablement shopfront with data services and user support.
