They are looking to hire a VP level Capital Reporting candidate into their finance team. This role combines MAS and SGX compliance, capital management, and change implementation to support the firm’s regional growth. The position requires deep expertise in Singapore regulatory frameworks, Basel standards, and IFRS accounting, paired with strong communication skills to translate complex mandates into actionable business guidance. Alongside driving data reconciliation, variance analysis, and ad-hoc reporting projects, the ideal candidate will champion a robust governance culture to ensure transparent, efficient capital optimization and build trusted relationships with regulators.
