Job summary

OCBC in Singapore is recruiting an experienced ALM risk professional to join the Asset Liability Management team within Group Risk Management. You will generate and review ALM risk reports, lead a small analytics team, and translate balance sheet insights into clear senior‑level briefings for management and committees.

You should have 8–10 years in IRRBB or SFX risk management, strong analytical and presentation skills, plus data handling and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years experience in reporting and management of IRRBB or SFX risk.
• Ability to synthesize risk and balance sheet information for senior management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and review ALM risk reports for management and regulatory reporting.
• Lead and mentor a small analytics team responsible for risk reporting and analytics.
• Analyse ALM risk exposures to identify trends and variances.
• Contribute to stress testing and review ALM risk limits and actions.
• Engage with business units on risk appetite and positions.
• Represent ALM at committees and drive reporting improvements via automation.
