Job description
JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, review and continuously modify training curriculum, courseware to ensure relevance and alignment with client needs and current job market demands.

2. Plan, coordinate, and execute both on-site and off-site training programmes efficiently, ensuring effective utilization of resources and adherence to timelines.

3. Conduct and facilitate engaging training sessions, adapting instructional strategies and training materials to accommodate diverse learning needs and maximize comprehension and retention.

4. Work closely with the Employment Support Team to ensure training aligns with client employment goals. Provide specialized on-site training and job coaching to support successful job performance, integration, and workplace readiness.

5. Manage and document all training records, logs, and materials in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

6. Liaise with external training providers, agencies, and stakeholders to source, develop, and deliver accessible, coordinated training content tailored to client needs.

7. Review the Training Quality Manual and Procedures to ensure alignment with service delivery standards. Administer quality assurance activities, including internal audits and certification processes. Coordinate with certification exam administrators to offer appropriate accredited courses suited to the specialized needs of persons with disabilities (PWDs).

8. Assist in the promotion, outreach, and marketing of in-house training courses to optimize enrolment and enhance programme visibility.

9. Manage and implement feedback mechanisms from clients and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across all training programmes.

10. Any other duties assigned as and when necessary.

JOB HOLDER’S REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor degree holder with at least 3 years relevant experience in developing and delivering vocational or softskills training programmes.

2. Advanced Certification in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or Advanced Certification in Training and Assessment (ACTA) qualification.

3. Direct experience in working with people with disabilities particularly those with autism in a training or vocational capacity.

4. Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with relevant training tools and technologies.

5. Self-directed, adaptable team player with strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple concurrent training projects effectively.

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients and various stakeholders.

7. Experience in using Learning Management System (LMS) for content delivery, tracking and reporting will be an advantage.
