Join a boutique adult-focused music school near Chinatown MRT, Singapore, specializing in Mandarin pop singing. We seek passionate full-time vocal or pop singing coaches to teach and inspire adult learners, with no prior teaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and small group vocal/pop singing lessons tailored to adult students\' vocal needs, goals, and song preferences
• Adapt teaching methods to support students\' progress in Mandarin pop singing
• Monitor and document student progress, providing personalized, constructive feedback to enhance vocal skills
• Support and coordinate student participation in occasional performances and recitals
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to build strong rapport with students
• Communicate clearly and patiently to facilitate effective learning and confidence building
• Maintain weekend availability to meet scheduling needs, with weekday rest days

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate strong singing skills including accurate pitch, rhythm, and expressive delivery
• Show familiarity with Mandarin pop music or a willingness to learn the genre
• Possess basic piano or guitar accompaniment skills (helpful but not required)
• Exhibit passion for supporting adult learners\' growth in confidence and vocal ability
