Job summary

WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a creative VJ Designer & Motion Graphics Artist to join its live entertainment production team. You will craft motion graphics, animations and customised visuals for LED screens and stage performances.

The role demands strong artistic vision, independent rendering skills and proficient post-production, with Mandarin communication required and willingness to work evenings from Mon-Sat.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, Digital Media or related disciplines.
• Experience in motion graphics, VJ content creation, multimedia production or animation.
• Strong independent rendering capabilities from concept to delivery.
• Strong visual aesthetics and creative flair for premium content.
• Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, visual effects, compositing, video editing and rendering workflows.
• Good post-production capabilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Independently conceptualise, design, animate and render original visual content for live entertainment and stage performances.
• Create premium brand openings, show introductions and customised LED visuals.
• Develop motion graphics, particle effects, background animations and immersive stage environments.
• Produce original visual assets according to show concepts and branding requirements.
• Review and audit visual content and assets for quality and technical compatibility.
• Perform video editing, compositing, colour grading and post-production enhancements.
• Prepare visuals for different LED screen formats and display systems.
• Collaborate with lighting designers, programmers and production teams to sync visuals with music and cues.
• Ensure all visuals meet production specs and deadlines.

Location: Clarke Quay (initial deployment at Bugis+)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Working Hours: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Our client, an established entertainment company in Singapore, is seeking a creative and technically proficient VJ Designer & Motion Graphics Artist to join its live entertainment production team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality motion graphics, animations and customised visual content for LED screens and live stage performances.

This position requires strong artistic creativity, independent rendering capabilities and excellent post-production skills to deliver premium visual experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Independently conceptualise, design, animate and render original visual content for live entertainment and stage performances.
• Create premium-quality brand opening sequences, show introductions and customised LED screen visuals.
• Develop motion graphics, particle effects, background animations and immersive stage environments.
• Produce original visual assets according to show concepts, creative briefs and branding requirements.
• Review and audit visual content and light-to-screen assets to ensure visual quality, consistency and technical compatibility.
• Perform video editing, compositing, colour grading, rendering and post-production enhancements.
• Prepare and optimise visual content for different LED screen formats, resolutions and display systems.
• Collaborate closely with lighting designers, programmers and production teams to synchronise visuals with music, lighting and stage performances.
• Ensure all visual content meets production specifications and project deadlines.
• Maintain organised project files, rendering assets and multimedia content libraries.
• Support rehearsals, technical run-throughs and live show execution when required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Degree or equivalent practical experience in Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, Digital Media, Animation or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in motion graphics, VJ content creation, multimedia production or animation.
• Strong independent rendering capabilities , from concept development to final delivery.
• Strong visual aesthetics and artistic creativity , with the ability to produce high-end, premium-quality content.
• Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, visual effects, compositing, video editing and rendering workflows.
• Strong post-production capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience producing brand opening sequences, particle effects and customised original visual assets.
• Knowledge of LED screen content production, display formats and technical optimisation.
• Ability to review and audit visual materials for aesthetic and technical quality.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required , as the role involves frequent communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary production teams.
• Comfortable working in a live entertainment and nightlife environment.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Basic Salary: S$3,000 - S$4,500
• Annual Leave: 7 days in the first year, increasing according to statutory requirements

Additional Information

The successful candidate will initially be based at Have Fun Liveshow (Bugis+) before transferring to the new entertainment venue at Clarke Quay when operations commence.

Candidates who are available to commence employment by mid-November 2026 will be preferred.
