Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a Visual & Motion Designer with strong graphic design fundamentals to bring ideas to life across print, editorial, digital and motion platforms. The role focuses on RWS Brand core projects and supports corporate publications, working closely with content editors to create editorial layouts, motion content and digital experiences that strengthen our storytelling.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, typography, layout and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Campaign Design: Develop creative and visual communications for RWS Branding projects.
• Brand assets from concept through to final production.
• Maintain strong visual consistency, craft and brand standards across all outputs.
• Graphic & Editorial Design: Design and production of RWS’ monthly publications and corporate publications; work with the content/editorial lead.
• Editorial layouts with strong information hierarchy, typography and visual storytelling.
• Manage artwork development from concept through to final production.
• Digital & Motion Design: Translate brand and campaign creative into motion content.
• Create motion graphics, kinetic typography and digital visual experiences.
• Develop content for digital displays and spatial environments across the resort.
• Adapt creative ideas across screen formats and environments.
• Creative Development: Collaborate with in-house creatives from concept through execution.
• Contribute visual and motion ideas to strengthen concepts and executions.
• Explore AI creative tools to expand possibilities and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of emerging design trends and relevance to RWS.

We are looking for a Visual & Motion Designer with strong graphic design fundamentals and the ability to bring ideas to life across print, editorial, digital and motion platforms.

The role will focus primarily on RWS Brand core projects while also supporting corporate publications and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Design

• Develop creative and visual communications for RWS Branding projects.
• Support the development of brand assets from concept through to final production.
• Maintain strong visual consistency, craft and brand standards across all outputs.

Graphic & Editorial Design

• Support the design and production of RWS’ monthly publication and other key corporate publications, working closely with the content/editorial lead.
• Create compelling editorial layouts with strong information hierarchy, typography and visual storytelling.
• Manage artwork development from concept through to final production.

Digital & Motion Design

• Translate brand and campaign creative into engaging motion content.
• Create motion graphics, kinetic typography and digital visual experiences.
• Develop content for digital displays and spatial environments across the resort.
• Adapt creative ideas effectively across different screen formats, dimensions and environments.

Creative Development

• Collaborate with in-house creatives and content producers from concept through execution.
• Contribute visual and motion ideas to strengthen creative concepts and executions.
• Explore AI creative tools to expand creative possibilities and improve efficiency.
• Keep abreast of emerging design, motion and digital trends and explore their relevance to RWS.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
• Relevant training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Design or a related discipline. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
• Practical industry experience through internships, freelance work or live commercial projects is an advantage.
• Experience developing creative across brand campaigns and multiple touchpoints.
• Experience in publications, editorial or long-form communications is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of After Effects and motion design.
• Experience with LED, DOOH or large-format digital content is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively and adapt to a fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong attention to detail, craft and production accuracy.
