Job description

The Visual Designer, Cross-Functional will be a key creative contributor supporting our Learning, Marketing, and Creative teams. Reporting to the Creative Lead, this role blends design execution with strategic input. The designer will be responsible for enhancing learner engagement and ensuring visual consistency across all learning sessions, and crafting compelling visuals for training materials, marketing campaigns, and digital assets. A critical part of the role is also to identify new marketing opportunities across both traditional and social media channels. Additionally, the designer will support the XR team in a technical artist capacity.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic/visual design, preferably in education, finance, or marketing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in cross-platform design (print, digital, social media).
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and digital design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
  • Familiarity with educational technology (EdTech) tools such as Padlet, Mentimeter, Kahoot, or a demonstrated intellectual curiosity and self-starter mentality to quickly investigate and learn new platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to balance creative vision with defined business objectives.
