The Visual Designer, Cross-Functional will be a key creative contributor supporting our Learning, Marketing, and Creative teams. Reporting to the Creative Lead, this role blends design execution with strategic input. The designer will be responsible for enhancing learner engagement and ensuring visual consistency across all learning sessions, and crafting compelling visuals for training materials, marketing campaigns, and digital assets. A critical part of the role is also to identify new marketing opportunities across both traditional and social media channels. Additionally, the designer will support the XR team in a technical artist capacity.
